Archival: Monochrome render

This is a really simple render of the very same project shown in the previous plan sketch. It doesn't really tell you anything about the project itself, but it is something about it that catches my eye!

Archival: Conceptual weaving

I found these photos while building portfolio.
It's a project from a workshop in my last semester on Bachelor's year.
I think it's a really tantalizing design, that really wasn't a "design". Me and two of my classmates, Aksel Widoff and Farhad Jalalvand, actually each made a couple of pieces and finally weaving all of them together without trying to control the end result.
The concept was to see how diverse a structure we could obtain with a simple crosshatch weaving technique.

Archival project

Since I'm a bit un-productiv during the summer I decided to post some goodies from my "archive" to keep the blog busy.
Enjoy

Celebrating Architecture [EDIT 2]

I am helping Professor Abelardo Gonzalez and Professor Sir Peter Cook to gather a group of top architechts to do a symposium at the School of Architecture in Lund on September 9. We are at the moment searching for interesting guests around the world to invite. For the moment I'm in contact with Neil Denari and Toyo Ito. It is a public event so everybody is welcome and it is free to enter. Welcome!
[EDIT 1] Read more about the symposium on the website of Lund School of Architecture

Street ready

Finally I'm done building my Benotto and I'm happy to show my craftmanship for the first time on the blog.
I've hand-picked and assembled every single part and I'm very happy with the result.

Kinetic model

I've spent the last days building a big kinetic model.
The big panel is one of seven reactors, and it is constantly facing the sun.

More info about the Photobioreactor

Two weeks left before final presentation of my project. I feel confident in this concept, and I think the project has a lot of potential.
