Hello, I am really interested in your work and how you did the kinetic models, would you mind explaining to me how it is done and the materials you used? I'm currently in my thesis semester in architecture - Melbourne University! Hope to hear from you soon, Marie
Hey Marie Thanks for the comment. In the eco-activism project I did all process models of scrap. I used cardboard, old electric wires, spokes from a broken bike wheel, an old lamp-stand etc. All these models are NOT treated as a finished object but as something in the making. i.e. if I didn't like something I cut it off, or added things to it as I went along. This project is all about a big machine (or rather a system of pieces of machinery) so therefore I chose to work with steel and rough material. Look for what your project is all about and go from there. I wish you the best of luck with your thesis /Mats
