Bernard Tschumi | Folie le Parc de La Villette

currently reading Tschumi for inspiration in my ongoing thesis project.
In Parc de la Villette he is dealing with autonomous components, organizationally tied together by the grid and sometimes physically tied together by bridges and structure.

Smout Allen | Lunar Wood

I have posted quite a few Smout Allen projects so far and I think they wander further from "conventional" architecture for every new project they do... And I love it.
They have a marvelous talent of giving their drawings a physical media to embody, as well as kick start the "drawing" with some type of simple, but intricate, mechanics.
